Dave says Joe’s property is rocky

I was on my usual Wednesday gab-fest with Steven Jaxon on KSRO Wednesday when Dave called up about Joe Montana’s Knights Valley property in which Joe is asking $49 million.
Dave said he has a friend whose property abuts part of Joe’s and while beautiful it is hilly and rocky and Dave can’t imagine that anything could grow there, like grapes.
Dave said his friend ran into Montana once with Joe on horseback and they had a nice conversation in which no autographs were exchanged. His friend, it seems, owns part of Costco, which, I’m thinking, makes him richer than Montana.
